Percussionist Robbie Harris has toured and recorded internationally, performing across an eclectic range of musical styles. A sought-after bodhrán player and collaborator, Robbie’s work also extends into theatre and film.
Robbie has most recently been touring with Grammy-nominated Afro Celt Sound System, a group known for blending West African rhythms with Irish traditional music; Jiggy, a band that combines elements of folk, world music, and modern electronic sounds to create a genre-defying experience; and Pólca 4, a dynamic band specialising in the energetic dance music of the West Kerry region.
